How much does a website cost?

Our web design projects start from $2,500 for a simple brochure site and go up from there depending on the size and complexity of your project. Ecommerce sites typically start from $4,500. We give you a fixed price before we start. No surprises, no scope creep charges for reasonable requests along the way.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most projects take 4–6 weeks from kick-off to launch. That includes design, build, revisions, and testing. The biggest variable is content. If you have your copy, images, and key information ready to go, things move faster. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start of the project and stick to it.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

We build on WordPress (or Shopify for ecommerce), and we include a handover session where we walk you through making common updates yourself. You should be able to add a blog post, swap an image, or update your pricing without calling us. If something more involved comes up, we're always available.

Do you work with businesses outside the Central Coast?

Absolutely. While most of our clients are based on the Central Coast and in the Greater Sydney area, we work with businesses across Australia. We run projects remotely all the time. Video calls, shared documents, and clear communication make it easy. If you're local and want to meet in person, that's always an option too.

Do you design websites for mobile first?

Yes. Every website we build starts on the smallest screen and scales up. Over 70% of web traffic is mobile, so we design for phones first and make sure the desktop experience is just as strong. Not the other way around.

What do I need to provide before a web design project starts?

At a minimum, we need a clear idea of what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the website to achieve. Content like photos, copy, and branding helps, but if you don't have those ready we can guide you through it or handle them as part of the project.

Can you redesign my existing website without starting from scratch?

It depends on the state of the current site. If the structure and platform are sound, we can refresh the design and improve performance without a full rebuild. In most cases though, a clean build delivers better results than patching an older site.

Will I be able to update the website myself after launch?

Yes. Every site we build on WordPress or Shopify includes a handover session where we walk you through how to update content, add pages, and manage basic changes. You won't need a developer for day to day updates.
